Savta spread consists of eggplant, bell pepper and garlic in a mix of different herbs. Savta® is more than just a spread, it is a seasoning that you can use with different dishes. The product is made according to traditional methods in Schalkwijk (near wood). It is very nice with a drink, on a toast, baguette or pita bread for dipping. Ideal as a seasoning on your sandwich, meat, fish, salad, pasta etc .. Savta® is generally served at room temperature, but can also be heated. Savta® is made without artificial preservatives, we use oil and vinegar. Savta® has a long shelf life in the refrigerator (max 7 C), even after opening the jar.
